築地〜銀座　Tsukiji - Ginza

築地に行ってから銀座までてくてく歩きました。途中、歌舞伎座（写真）。実は初めて見ました、私。ラアナンに歌舞伎の説明をどうやってするか悩んだ挙げ句「日本のオペラのようなものだよ」とか言ってしまった。。でも納得していた様子。東京のど真ん中にこんな建物があるのってかっこいいですね。内装もかっこいいのかしら？

この日は朝早く起きて築地に。これも私は初めてです、築地で寿司なんて。前もって調べておいた２店のお寿司屋さん、１件目がダメ（行列が長い）なら、次に行こうという作戦です。といってもこの２軒のお寿司屋さんは１０mと離れてないのですが。朝１０時半頃お店についたら２軒とも行列の長さは同じくらい。で、築地で一番人気と言われてるお寿司屋さんの前に並び始めたのですが、どうやらもう一軒のほうが回転が早いみたい。てことでそちらに移りました。。２０分くらい待って中に入れました。もうヴィーガンもなにもありません。早起きして並んだんだし食べます。でも赤身（トロとかカツオとか）は全部ラアナン行き。しかし鯛やらエビやらアナゴやら、やっぱりおいしい！シャリもおいしい！本物のお寿司ってこんな感じなのねーと。ま、私、そんなにお寿司大好きってわけでもないのですが。ラアナンは大大大満足した様子です。よかった。これでベルリンの不味いお寿司はもう食べられないでしょう（まあまあおいしいとこもあるんですが、ベルリン。でもやはり比べ物にならない！）。食べ終わって外に出たら行列が入る前の３倍くらいに長く成長してました。早く行ってよかった。

築地の後は銀座。三越やら松屋やらデパ地下をメインに。なんでもありますねぇ。どれもおいしそうだし。こんなに選択肢が多いなんてベルリンから来た私たちにすると、少しやりすぎな感じもあります。本当に日本は食べ物の国（てデパ地下に行ったんだから当然ですが）。オーガニックの食べ物を比較的ゲットしやすいベルリンに比べると、日本は種類は多いけどオーガニックではない、ということで私にとっては選択肢は狭い気もします（ベジタリアン仕様のものも然り）。場所にもよるんでしょうけど（もしくは私が知らないだけかもしれない）見つけるのがなかなか大変。せっかく日本にいるんだから、と帰ってきてからはあまりヴィーガンやらオーガニックやらにはいつもよりこだわらないのですが。

Ha!! Sushi! One of the reasons to stay in japan forever. Well, that is if you can afford it... (The other reason is those cool toilets, but... not now).
We went to the fish market in Tsukiji first thing in the morning, because there are a few sushi places there that are famous for their sushi and their fresh fish (well, it IS a fish market!), and since they are famous they are completly full, starting very early in the morning. We were there at 10:30 or so, and waited 25 minutes to get in... After going in, we ate the best fish-on-a-rice i have ever tried. Our sushi-master (we had our own! :-) ) didn't really care what i wanted, but he did ask what i don't like. And then, he decided what i wanted to eat. And boy, was he right :-). I think all sushi places should be like that. I hate choosing. I like to be given the best of the best. And i left this place after believing i did. After we left, the line was somewhat 30 people-long, they will probably wait for an hour. I hope for them they stayed on the line! :-)
Afterwards we kept on touring the area, walked into huge shopping malls (what is it with japanese and shopping, i don't quite know. But they are so nice! every place we walked into people started shouting "thank you" at us and being super nice.

浅草　Asakusa

さて、柴又の次は浅草。柴又がたいそう気に入ったラアナンくんを連れて浅草へ。前にいつ来たのか覚えてないくらいな私は初めて浅草寺に行く気分でした。雷門や宝蔵門なんかはすばらしい程に左右対称でふたりで突っ立って長いこと眺めていました（写真撮ったりなんかしつつ）。彼に「これすごいねぇ、いつ建てられたの？」と聞かれて、Wikiって下さい。。と答えた勉強不足な私でしたが、今チェックしてみたら天慶５年（９４２）だそうです。千年以上も前！どうやってあんな高いとこまで登って工事したんだろう（写真左上）。とにかく日本の美というか建築は素敵で個性的だったんだなぁと感動いたしました。二つの門に挟まれた仲見世通りはたいして面白いものがなかったのですがとりあえず歩いてみました。もう観光客相手のお店ばかりで風情もなにもあったものではない。。ラアナン曰く柴又のあの仲見世通りと浅草寺が一緒になれば完璧だそうです。

さて、浅草寺観光が終わってから私達はちょうど浅草でやっていたポランのオーガニックッショーの最終日に行ってきました（写真右下）。ドイツに引っ越してからオーガニックものに目覚めた私は日本のオーガニックものはどんな感じかな？と興味があったのでこれは良い機会だとワクワク。会場には野菜やパンなどの食品からオーガニックコットン製品などなど。ドイツでよく買うシュガーレスのジャムがなかなか手頃な値段で売っていたので嬉しくて買ったり、オーガニクのベーグル（もちもちしておいしー！）買ったり、ラアナンの朝ご飯用にハムを買ったり（お店のおじさんに味見させて下さいとたのんだら喜んで新しいパックを開けてくれた！優しいなぁ）、オーガニックコットンでできたボディタオル（長細いやつ。これは日本特有なんでようか？ドイツではみかけたことなくて、今回絶対買って帰ろうと決めていたものです）買ったり、かなり楽しかったです。今回みたいなマーケットでは普段より値段設定が低いらしく最終日に行けてよかったー！

最後にお昼ごはん（そうそう、日本に来てからかなりの早寝早起きです。この日は１０時前には家を出ました）。並木藪蕎麦で。ほぼ満席で相席です。蕎麦は冷たいほうがコシがあって好きですが、さすがに冬なので温かい蕎麦で。おかめそばを（写真左下）。お店のおばちゃんが私たちにだけ長々といろいろ説明してました。そば湯の使い方とか。たぶんラアナンと一緒だったかしら？彼のおそばにはレンゲがついてきてました。。（私のにも、相席した人のにもレンゲはなかったです）。それにしてもおそば屋さんのおそば食べたのは２年以上振り。おいしいですね、おそば。

そうそう、雷門のとこから見える朝日ビールのビル、金色の泡が乗ったやつ、あれはジョークにいいですね。「なんなの！あれは？」て彼からの質問にビールの泡だと教えるのはもったいない。。
といった感じで渋い東京下町観光を今のとこは楽しんでます。

So, Asakusa. The second place we visited in Japan was this region and this lovely temple. Again, this temple (a very well maintained one, i must say) has a street attached to it (with those cool gates that lead to the temple, eventually). This street was this time less interesting than the streen of Shibamata's temple. I was thining, that they should attach this temple, to the street of Shibamata, and then it will be perfect. But i guess that with a prettier temple, the street will turn more touristic, which means, sadly, less interesting.
Anyhow, the entire area is amazingly pretty and very clean. I think that this city (or maybe country?) is the cleanest city i have ever seen. My brother once came to Berlin to stay with us a little, and said "look, a clean train with no trash cans". This city is a clean city with no trash cans. There are no trash cans on the street, but yet the street is cleaner than some of my friends' houses. There is also a very interesting no-smoking las here - I saw two people smoke in a restaurant, which was completly ok, but on the street you can't smoke. The managed to ban smoking on the street!!! Wow...
Anyhow, i am still all excited about this whole japan thing. Tomorrow you will read about our sushi experience :-)

東京観光　柴又　Tokyo sightseeing -Shibamata-

帰国中です。一昨日のお昼に無事に着きました。ひさびさの長距離フライト、しんどかった。。ので疲れが取れず、着いたその日はぐったり、昨日は早い時間にすでに眠い、という具合。それでもうちの実家から近い柴又に連れていってもらって、東京下町を満喫できました。いつものビオでベルリンなブログから少し離れて、ホリディブログを日本滞在中はちょこちょこと書きます。

柴又、ラアナン、気に入っていた様子。柴又帝釈天まで続く仲見世通り（？）にある感じの良い定食屋さんでおひるごはん。ヴィーガン対応メニューなんてあるわけなく、私はおでん定食（写真右上）を。日本のごはんはやっぱりおいしい。せんべい好きのラアナンはお店の奥で手焼きしているせんべい屋さんで立ち止まっていくつか買ってみたり（写真左下）。なかなか下町情緒を満喫できて楽しかったです。

今回、２年ぶりに日本に帰ってきて思うのは（といってもまだ３日ほどしかたってませんが）、空港でもお店でもどこでも対応がすばらしい。空港であれはどこですか、これはどこですかと質問するとすごーく丁寧に教えてくれるし、感動しております。日本すばらしいです。ごはんがおいしいです。買い物に入った薬局でレジのお兄さんが「ありがとうございます」といっておじぎをしたのに、ラアナンがビックリしてました。あ、あとガソリンスタンド。あのかけ声が妙におもしろいらしいです、彼にとって。という感じでちょこちょこ更新していきます。

So, i'm in japan!! Who would have beleived that... As a first touristic advanture we went to Shibamata, which is, apparently, a famous region in tokyo, because of a certain TV program (about this region, of course!).
I wan't quite sure what we are going to see, but at the end it was amazing. 1st, i found out how important food is for japanese people. The street leading to this temple has only food shops (i am very careful not saying restaurants, because... well, they just sell food on the street, but yet, it's not a food stand. Or restaurant. go explain...). I finally saw how people make rice crackers, and how do crickets look like when they are fried! (Which is not really japanese food, they are more into crazy fish).
After eating, and trying not to try everything we saw, we came to a temple, which was my first religious experience in Japan. They don't really ake religious seriously, so it seems. But, there are many things there that can bring you luck (I did some, and skipped some, i am not sure my god will approve that :-) ).
Amazing, for a first day. And i still have so many more!!!

And, i am sorry i don't have any pictures, i decided to lose my cell phone. Well, not lose. Forget to take will be more percise... I left my phone at the security check counter!!! Who does such a thing!? Apparently me... So, again, i am sorry, no cell-phone pictures, maybe i will buy one here and then i will take some pictures with it...
