体に良いのか悪いのか。。。インスタントラーメンです。器に入ってるのは玄米ラーメン。隣にあるのは蕎麦です。粉末スープも一緒に入ってます。ビオマーケットでお昼時に買い物してたら、すごくお腹空いてることに気づいて、なにかささっと食べられるものが欲しくて、うっかり買ってしまったこのインスタントラーメン。揚げてないのでヘルシーです。玄米ラーメンはもちもちとかなり弾力があって、パッケージに書いてある「熱湯注いで５分」たってもかなりゴムみたいに固くて、結局１０分おいてから食べました。なんと言ったらいいのか、決しておいしいわけじゃないんですが、ズルズルと平らげてしまった。このもっちりした感じがクセになります。味わったことのないインスタント麺の種類です。

このインスタント麺を作ってるRUSCHINというブレーメンのメーカー。マクロビオティックとパッケージに書いてあるように、日本の健康食材ばかりを売っています。ARCHEやLIMAのようにかなり重宝しています。梅干しやひじきなどの乾燥海藻類、玄米みそや麦みそなどなど。そして嬉しいのは今まで見たことがなかった黒ゴマをこのメーカーは売ってます。いつも白ばかりで、なんでないんだろーと思っていたら、RUSCHINがやってました。このメーカーはおそらくARCHEのように日本で生産されたものを、ここドイツで流通してるんだと思います。

ベルリンではこういう質の良いオーガニックの日本製の日本食材がオーガニックマーケットだけで買えます。そして想像通り、高い！でもやはりこういうものに救われています。日本人によって始められた食療がマクロビオティックとして海外から逆輸入されて日本に根付いたように、今度はまた日本から輸出されて、ここヨーロッパでも健康志向の人の目に止まって、広まっていってるのはたとえ「身土不二」に沿ってないとしても頼もしいことです、海外在住者にとって。

Instant noodles should be the last resort for the hungry person. The biggest problem with instant noodles, is that they are so easy to make. Just put hot water, wait 5 minutes, and you have a very... weird lunch. There are so many other things you can do in 5 minutes other than noodles (no, not instant mashed potatoes). But if you are anyhow eating those noodles, try eating organic ones. I don't know what they put in the non-organic one to make it taste like chicken, fish, duck, vegetables and so on, what that IS sure, is that it's non of the mentioned. It's the worst chemical-mix they could find. At least here it's organic, so you don't have those horrible chemicals.
I didn't try this one, rie did, so i don't know how it tasted. Actually, the only instant thing i like (i think) is this miso soup instant thingies. Very tasty... you should try this one day.

I study english at the university. I have a "technical english" course, something i have to take. The book we are using, to learn about computer and technical computer language is 13 years old. I am not sure how someone can teach computer-related english using a 13 years old book, and it's kind'a furstrating me, this is why i am writing this. Modems dont's exist anymore, routers are not big computers, windows 95 is no longer supported by windows, and steve jobs is not 35 years old. Anyhow, just a rant :-) Maybe someone will read it and decide to write a new and updated english study book ...
