ドイツの有名なパンといえば酸っぱい黒パンとこのプレッツェル。ドイツ語ではブレッツェル（Brezel）。プレッツェルの専門店もあるくらい、人気のパンです。よく小さな２、３歳の子供がプレッツェルを頬張っているのを見かけます。さすがドイツ人の子供達！初めてベルリンに来た時にどこかで（どこだか忘れました。。）食べたプレッツェルがすごくおいしくて感動したのを覚えてます。私、ドイツにいるのね！て。それから東京に戻って、あのプレッツェルの味が忘れられなかった私はドイツ大使館に行ったついでに広尾の老舗ドイツパン屋さんフロインドリーブに寄って、プレッツェルを買ったりしました。ここのもおいしいかったです。

さて、ベルリンでビオのものでおいしいプレッツェルはTillmannのもの。このTillmannというパン屋さん（ケーキもたくさん作ってます）の実店舗はいまだ見かけたことがないのですが、LPGやBIO COMPANYなどのオーガニックマーケットで取り扱いがあります。いつもプレッツェルの表面についた岩塩の粒を取り除いて食べるのですが（しょっぱいので）、このTilmannのは岩塩つきとゴマ付き（写真）の２種類あるのが嬉しいです。外は香ばしくて、中はふんわりしています。おいしくてLPGに幾度に買ってしまいます。。

Today, rie didn't buy me a pretzel. But she did buy for herself! Hmmm....
It's OK, i actually wasn't at home at all, and a pretzel is only good when it's extremely fresh. Otherwise, it's just simple dried bread....
So, I didn't eat this pretzel... I lately don't eat the things that are on rie's posts. I think it's because of this elusive thing, called time. I won't quote wikipedia this time, i will just explain a few things about time. A very good friend of mine once told me that time is not something you have, it's something you make. You are the only one deciding what you do with your time. You are the one making or wasting it. 24 hours is a lot of time for one day (even though i heard that time sometimes strikes demanding better hours!). Think for yourself how you use or abuse this limited resource you were given, and how much of it are you throwing away. Me, i recently don't have time. I even update late! And this pretzel.... It really looks tasty.
