７階建てのナチュラルショップNATURKAUFHAUSに続いてまたまたシュテーグリッツのお店。今日はビオスーパーマーケット。かなりビオなシュテーグリッツにミュンヘンからBASICというビオマーケットがベルリンに進出してきました。ベルリンには今のところ２店舗あります。入ってすぐにパン屋さんがあり、左手にイートインスペースがあります。パン、サンドイッチ、ケーキ、そしてスープという品揃え。ビオマーケットにはベジタリアン向けなサンドイッチが用意してあるのが嬉しいです。普通のパン屋さんのサンドイッチは必ずチーズかハムかバターが使われてるので。ここBASICにはフムスサンドがありました。

軽く腹ごしらえしたら、さてお買い物です。店内を少し進むと野菜室があります。ガラスで仕切られた小さな部屋のようになってます。おそらくこの小部屋の中の温度は少し低く調整されてたはず。そこを出ると常温野菜たち。その横には量り売りのスナック（写真）がずらりと並んでます。ナッツ類、チョコでコーティングされたドライフルーツ、熊のグミ、おかき（！）などなど。好きなだけ袋に詰めてレジに持っていきます。少しだけ買えるっていうのがいい！

品揃えは他のビオマーケットに劣らずなんでも充実してます。レジの前にはずらりとビオコスメコーナーもありました。お店自体の配置のせいか、デザインのせいか分からないけど、そんなにオーガニックというのを見せつけていないお店です。普通のスーパーマーケットにいる気分になるんです。でも全部ビオ、っていう。

←ここが出してるフリーペーパー。もちろんお店のお買い得商品なども載っているいけど、メインはいろんなビオメーカーの新商品について。ドイツ語、私、読みませんけど、パラパラとめくってるだけで楽しい内容でした。そういえば、あるのは知ってたけど、見かけたことがなかったウチの朝食の定番Allosのアマランスクランチーのキヌアバージョンがここには売ってました！

Another bio market! This is getting redicoulas, no? There will soon be more bio markets than regular markets. Although Aldi will probably never die.
I know my next statement will be a shot in my leg, but I think that bio markets are bad for the economy, and eventually bad for the people buying there. People agree, with clear mind, to pay (sometimes a lot) more for their food. This causes food manufacturer to understand that people CAN pay more for their food, because they have the money. Which brings to increased prices! I know this is a very simple way to look at the situation, and i know organic food has an extra "plus" (though it's more of a "minus" of bad stuff) and it is eventually tastier. But still, when those markets are full, it's a way to show how strong the economy is. And in germany, those markets are getting more and more full one day after the other.
But, after taking this out of the system, I must say i kind'a like those organic markets... They are much more relaxing than the regular markets, looks nicer, and the veriaty is getting much better. And this one was no exception! There are two branches in Berlin, and, as it seems, the original store is from munich (rie researched! I guess by typing "basic bio markt" in google...)

It kept on snowing yesterday, but today was totally sunny! I don't have a picture, sadly, but if it will be sunny tomorrow, i wil post one!
