ヴィーガン料理の材料ならこのお店に来れば全部揃います！とても小さなお店ですが、オーガニックの野菜はもちろん、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアンの人には嬉しい肉の代用品、チーズの代用品もたくさん。その他にもオーガニックパスタや穀物、ペーストなどオーガニックマーケットで見られる品揃えも充実。ヴィーガンクッキングの本もありました。もちろんヴィーガンお菓子も！そしてパンも！

ざっと見た感じではLPGやBIO COMPANYなどのビオマーケットでも売ってる馴染みのものばかりだな、と思ったのですがそんなことない！甘い！そんな普通のビオマーケットだったらこんな小さなお店はとっくに近所の大型ビオスーパーに押されて消えてるはずです。このお店はヴィーガンを極めているんです。今までずーっと探してたグルテン粉やらヴィーガンチーズが何種類もあるのです！そして見たことなかったLimaのテンペも！シュニッツェルが作れそうな大きなドライソイミートも（普通はフレーク状のかあってもそぼろくらいの大きさです）！他のビオスーパーはここまで揃えてないんです。ただビオってだけですから。ヴィーガンのことまで考えてない。ここで手に入るもの１００％がビオってわけではないですけれど、１００％ヴィーガンです。

お店の人もとても親切！グルテン粉のことを尋ねたら、こんな風にも使えるしこんなこともできるのよ、味付けは絶対に水を入れる前にね！とか色々と親切に教えてくれました（しかも流暢な英語でー！こんなのLPGじゃありえないー！）。小さいお店ならではの良さです。ここで買ったものを使った料理など、また紹介します。今日買ったのは大きくて薄いドライソイミートとグルテン粉とヴィーガンモッツァレラ。何を作ろうかなぁ。

So, today nothing was cooked. We went out, and then we weren't hungry at the evening, so we just took a pita and stuffed it with tasty stuff.
But what DID happen today, is that rie found a new vegan shop. Very small (according to what she says), but full of things that she never saw in any other place. For example, we just tried the vegan Mozarella. Which somehow even melted, smelled and tasted like cheese. Was not that bad! Now i am waiting for the other things she bought...

I also wanted to update about this Demeter from yesterday's post, apperantly, she already wrote about it... But i couldn't read it, and therefore didn't remember. i guess...

Ok... a small explenation. Do you know this, when you go to a computer shop and buy a QWERTY keyboard? did you ever wonder why it is called QWERTY? Well, he is the explenation. QWERYT are the first letters on the keyboard, from the top left corner till the Y. and why until the Y? Is there a different keyboard? So, YES! there is. There is a QWERTZ keyboard. which is, for some unknown and sadisdical reason the common keyboard in Germany. Why would they replace the Y and the Z?! God knows. (the good ol' germans will say something about the typing machine, but i don't really care). All I know, is that i always make silly mistakes, because i am used to the english keyboard... So, if you ever find a mistaked like that, i am sorry. But in general, rie finds them before you find them for sure... and then ineed to correct them... Cruel world.
