今週は誕生日の人が多い。今週だけで４人も！みんな遠いのがもどかしい所。しかしどこにいても近しい人の誕生日は祝いたいもの。本人がここにいなくても、いると思って少し手の込んだご飯を作ります。食べるのは誕生日の本人じゃなくて祝う人ってのがおかしいけど。なのでせめて写真を（ということで今日のテーマは誕生日会）。

今日はベジタリアンじゃありません。オイルサーディンをつかいました（オーガニックの缶のやつ。これが思った以上においしかった！）。春巻きの皮（のようなもの。クレープに近いな）をケーキ型に敷き詰めて、リーキとサンドライドトマトを炒めて醤油を少したらしたものを炊いた玄米に混ぜ合わせて、その上にサーディンと残りのトマトと炒めたマッシュルームを乗せて、皮でフタをしてオーブンへ。別にオーブンに入れなくてもこのご飯とサーディンだけで充分おいしいのですが、そこは誕生日なので。中はこんな感じ（写真右）。パリっと焼き上がった皮にご飯をのせて食べます。（今日はレシピは載せません。わざわざそのままでおいしいご飯を皮で包む人もいないでしょぅ）

ドイツに来て、誕生日の祝い方の違いにびっくりしました。日本では誕生日の人が他の人に祝われるって感じだけど、こっちでは誕生日の本人が誕生日会を自分でオーガナイズするのが普通。みんなに「今度の土曜日、私の誕生日会だから来てね！」とふれ回るのです。当日は食べ物を用意したりなんだり。友達はプレゼントを持ってやってくるという感じ。家やバーやクラブで行われます。誕生日の人が来てくれたひとの為に振る舞うという感じ。これは大きな差。全く逆です。私は日本的な誕生日の仕方がやはり好きです。年に１度のサプライズデイですから。するのもされるのもやはり楽しい。こうやってご飯をケーキぽくしたりして。誕生日の人は期待してワクワクする日。で、祝う人も「どんな顔するかしら？」とワクワク。今思い出したけど、小さい時はドイツ式に誕生日会をしてたな。よくは覚えてないけど、家にみんな来ていっしょに誕生日料理を食べた気が。どこでどうなって今現在の誕生日観が普通になったんだろ？

I know what you think! This is NOT a birthday cake. It was a fish-mushroom... pie. The title is kind of confusing. What rie wrote in the japanese section, is about the way the germans celebrate their birthday, or more, about who orginizes the party. In germany, so she claims (i don't know, actually), you organize your birthday party alone, and invite everyone. In japane, it's totally different - your friends are organizing your birthday party and you just need to come. This is what i Understood.... In israel, it depends on how many friends you have, i guess...
But, back to the pictures, As i wrote before, i need to say every morning what i want to eat for dinner. Kind of a funny game, where i say what i want, and then i get the  limitations i have (We ate pasta 2 days ago, no fried stuff today, stuff like that), This time, i said i want something wrapped in dough. Don't ask me what i meant, it was all Minako's fault (Yes, your fault!), but after saying that i had to go. So Rie was left with "wrapped with dough". So she made this! She didn't put the recipe, i wonder why, But it's a brown rice pie, with fish, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and... dough? I guess there was some more stuff inside, but i don't remembver, coz we finished it pretty quick... Maybe we need to try encouraging her to start a small restaurant. She plays with this idea a lot, but never really try to see what needs to be done. But it's a hard thing, opening a restaurant. Cooking for other people everyday... The problem is making mistakes there, this is her biggest fear (i think... I can ask her, she is sitting right next to me!). Maybe one day! It will probably be written here in case it will happen! :-)

No one won! 25 millions! No one won, because we didn't fill. We needed to win. The numbers who came out were EXACTLY what i would choose! probably! So, 25 Million is a different story. Now we are going to win for sure, coz the odds are really high. You just need to guess 6 numbers, what can be so hard about this?... And if we win, the restaurant will be opened!
