豆腐を使ったラザニアです。チーズもクリームも使ってないけど、かなりコクと満足感のある仕上がり。それはやはり真ん中の段に入れた豆腐のおかげ。コッテージチーズみたいな感じになりました。夏野菜を入れるともっとおいしくなりそうなので、夏にまた作りたいなと、ズキーニやナスやパプリカで。ラザニアシートは全粒粉のを使いました。

１、トマトソースを作る。今回はほぼベジボロネーゼと同じ手順で。使った野菜は人参、リーキ、セロリアック。トマトの水煮缶を入れて煮詰めてできあがり。ハーブはなしで塩で味付け。それをオーブン皿にラザニアシートを敷き詰めた上に半量いれて、軽く茹でたインゲンとカリフラワーの茎の部分を散らします。カリフラワーの芽の部分は後で使うので取っておきます。




２、ラザニアシートを１の上に敷き詰めて２段目を作ります。冷凍のほうれん草（生でも）を鍋で火にかけながら解凍して、そこに木綿豆腐を入れて、木べらで混ぜながら崩していきます。崩しすぎないのがポイント。そこにガーリックパウダーと塩で味付け。それをまた敷き詰めます。

※私がいつも使う豆腐は日本の木綿をぎゅっと圧縮したような感じの固めのもの。普通の木綿を使うならよく水切りする必要があるかもしれません。それにしても、このほうれん草豆腐、塩の代わりに醤油で味付けしてご飯の上にのっけてゴマふって簡単な丼にしてもおいしいだろうなぁ、と。

３、２の上にラザニアシートを敷き詰めて最後の段を作ります。トマトソースの残りの半量を敷き詰めて、そこにカリフラワーの芽の部分を全体に散らしたら、オリーブオイル大さじ１とドライオレガノひとつまみを程を全体に振りかけます。

※こうやってカリフラワーの芽を上に散らすとぱっとみチーズ？てなります。トマトソースの酸味とローストカリフラワーの甘みがよく合います。


４、１８０度のオーブンに３０分から４０分（カリフラワーの芽にすこしコゲ目がつくくらい）入れて出来上がり！

野菜ラザニアは始めて作ったけど、これはよい！ベジタリアンでない人にはサイドディッシュとしてでもいいかもしれない。（そんなに食べるのだろうか？ヨーロッパの人だったら食べるだろうな、このラザニアとステーキとか）。それにしてもカリフラワーはおいしー！なんて甘いんでしょ！軽く茹でた後オーブン焼きにしたのは格別（これはラアナン母が教えてくれた）！

さっき書いたけど、今回使ったのは全粒粉のラザニアシート。大概１箱２５０g入りっていうのが主流らしいんだけど、このラザニアに使ったのは９枚。２５０gだとだいたい約１５枚入りです。そう、５、６枚残ってます。これで何しろっていうんだろ？３００g入りだと完璧なのに。２段の中途半端なラザニアを作るか、もう一箱買うか。。

Raanan's (It's my fault we are late...)

I didn't cook this time.  But i did ask for a lanagna. Or Lasagne. It depends who you ask... I was just wondering what will this dish have instead of cheese and meat. So, it kind'a had everything, I guess...Common beens, culliflower, spinach, tofu, tomatoes of course, everything you need in a good Lasagne. It was finished pretty quick too... I think that we are eating too fast. They say that one need to chew at least 30 times before digesting. Rie found a nice way of counting it (I am not sure it's original, but hey, it's working). You need to say (with your mouth closed of course) Arigatougozaimasu 4 times. Since it has 10 vowels (count while saying it)... Alternativly you can say 10 times Toda Raba, or 1 time supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (try singing along!). Just make sure you mouth is closed, there are people in front of you!

The german communication systems and infrastucture is one of the best in the world. Right aftr countries like Japan and south korea, the german internet providors, for example, provide a very high bandwidth. VOIP, calling using the internet, is something quite common which everybody is using, Internet on cell phone is a regular thing and, in general, every piece of information they want to transfer, is coming in fast and secure. So, can you please explain to me, why isn't it possible to fill out a Lotto form after 18:45, even though the raffle is only at 21:00?!
As you can understand, we were late. We had the winning numbers, i am pretty sure of that, but we lost our 25 millions. But that's life!...
