カフェインを受け付けなくなってから、コーヒーは穀物コーヒー、紅茶はルイボスティを飲んでいます。オーガニックマーケットにはいろんなフレーバーのルイボスティがあるので、一箱のみ終わっては違うフレーバーを、と楽しんでいます。お気に入りはアップルバニラ。甘みのあるルイボスにまろやかなバニラの香りがついていて、そこにアップルの酸味。クランベリーもおいしいです。クランベリーは膀胱にとても良いのです。膀胱炎持ちの人は、クランベリーのタブレット（ひどい人は）やクランベリージュースを常用するといいそうです。冬場はルイボスクランベリーティがベスト。カラメルはミルクティ向け。

ルイボスティは本当に優れもののお茶です。ルイボスはノンカフェインのうえタンニンという成分が他のお茶に比べて少ないため胃の弱い人にもOK。鉄やカルシウムなどミネラルも豊富なので、妊娠中の人には特にオススメだとか。そしてストレスにもよく、気持ちを落ち着かせ良い睡眠に導いてくれるそうです。なんといっても肌にとてもいい！日頃からルイボスを飲むようにするとまず肌にその効能が現れるそうです。シミ、ソバカスが薄くなり、肌にツヤがでるそう。アンチエイジングにはもってこい。アトピーや口内炎にも効果が期待できるらしいのです。肌に炎症がある時はルイボス湿布がいいみたい。生殖器にも良い働きをするのがルイボスは有名で、不妊症にはルイボスといわれているほど。卵子の老化を遅らせる働きがあるとか。

至れり尽くせりのルイボス。そんな効能を知らなくても、単純にとてもおいしいお茶として日常品になる価値のある味です。ただ飲み過ぎはよくないみたいです。なんでもそうですが。と、書いていたらまた飲みたくなってきた。。

Tea.... When i was little, there was only one kind of tea. Made of tea leaves. With a big "W" on the box. Maybe there were more, but i only knew one. I call it "regular tea", but i think no one really understand me today when i say that. Here it's called "Black Tea" if i am not mistaken, and it's not the best selling tea here. I guess. Otherwise, more companies would offer this tea... Many other kinds of tea are being offered, but not my regular tea... I am not a tea person anyhow. Ice tea maybe, but not really tea. Maybe only in the winter.
So, anyhow, rie wrote today about one of those companies who seems not to want to make a regular tea. Maybe they do, don't get me wrong. I just never drank it. But they do make pretty good tea of any other kind. The one in the picture, on the right, is actually a very large bag, to fit the entire family (Well, a tea loving family). It's a wonderful idea and is something i have never seen before (and if you know any, excuse my ignorance. Besides, rie corrects me everytime after i write something, so she will probably tell me there are a lot of those...) .

Have you ever tried using those online translators to translate a japanese text? It is most of the time very funny. It works very well (well, not very, but well enough) on two neighboring languages, like english and french or german, or italian and spanish, but it works relly bad with any other language. You can try, using google or babelfish, see if you understand what rie is writing. And if you did that, no, she is not really writing meaningless things, it actually makes sense! to people who read japanese, of course... (I am 100% they are more than hebrew readers...). Speaking of Babelfish, i hope you all know why babelfish is called like that. If not, i will explain tomorrow...
